Important update regarding online appointments

Dear Patients,

From 17th November 2025, Gibson Lane Practice are making some improvements to the way patients can book online appointments at all three of our sites. This new way of working will enable us to make sure our patients receive the right care, from the most appropriate clinician. 

This means that from 8am on Monday 17th November, to request an appointment online, you will need to use our PATCHS service on our website. The current online self-booking service will no longer be available. PATCHS is open from 8am to 6pm every day Monday to Friday for routine appointment and admin requests.

Please note that the closure of online booking has no affect on medication requests, you will still be able to order your medication online as normal.

If you haven’t already done so, you can register for a PATCHS account by visiting our website and following the registration link. The site will guide you through setting up your account.
