IT Issues

We have had issues this week with slow performance of our computer system at 8am. This is a national problem which the IT service is trying to fix. We are hoping that this problem will be fixed soon but we do not have a definite date for this. Please be patient if you are contacting us at 8am until this problem is resolved. If you have a F2F appt whilst we are having problems your appt might be delayed and you may have to wait. We apologise for all this inconvenience, but it is beyond our control.
