Our reception team continue to work extremely hard in our practice helping our patients. They are working under difficult and stressful conditions at a time when the practice is busy, and  our resources are limited and continue to be affected by the pandemic.

They continue to receive disrespectful comments from patients. This is very demoralising for them at a time of great pressure. Please remember that they, just like the patients they are trying to help, have feelings. Please be kind to them – they are trying their best to help you.
