We have become aware of a problem when booking an appt with a GP online using mobile devices. For Patients using the SystmOnline app it is not clear whether you are booking a telephone appt or a face to face consultation.
We are advising all patients to cease using this app and to download the new app ‘Airmid App’ which provides you with existing SystmOnline functionality plus lots more. You can log in with your current SystmOnline username and password.
This is available on the App Store and Google Play. There is also a link when logging on to SystmOnline from any device.
